NDC's RHDFP Certification Program is Coming to MS in 2008!

Mark Your Calendars for NDC's Rental Housing Development Finance Professional (RHDFP) Certification Program in Hattiesburg! 

The National Development Council's (NDC) 3-course RHDFP Certification Program is an intense training series that thoroughly examines the practice of affordable rental housing finance and development. Participants from public agencies and non-profit organizations learn the steps of the rental housing development process, the techniques used to analyze and structure financing for rental housing deals, and the problem solving and negotiating skills needed to make complicated deals feasible.  Topics include the rental housing development process, Historic Rehabilitation and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, negotiating, problem solving, deal structuring and more!  Participants may opt to augment the rental housing curriculum by taking the 4-day HD410 - Home Ownership Finance course.
